I first started off in the restaurant business as a carhop when I was 15. I then bussed tables at Luigi's in Midland, Tx during my high school years. I have been a hostess, waitress, bartender, cashier, barrista, line cook, prep cook, assistant catering manager, kitchen manager, FOH manager, banquet server, banquet bartender, owner and chef of a mobile business. I am sure there are a few positions that I am forgetting, (such as event coordinator), but they will come to me sooner or later.
