Certifications
I have a valid Food Manager's certification. For those of you who do not know what that means, I took a five-hour class from the Health Department concerning food temperatures, cross-contamination and various other issues and passed the class. I also have a valid TABC certification. I know when people have had enough to drink. I also have an OSHA safety certification for the ten-hour class.
